In Fresno County, the storm knocked down a tree branch, which crashed into the roadway, and in Woodlake, a 40-year-old willow tree was toppled in a backyard.The storm's impact was not limited to physical damage, as it also left thousands of PG&E customers without power across Fresno and Madera counties. The utility company reported that more than 5,000 customers were affected by the outages, which were likely caused by the high winds and debris.

In Tulare and Kings counties, the storm caused accidents that involved multiple cars and a semi-truck. On Highway 152 near Road 17 in Madera County, a 10-car crash occurred, leading to the closure of the southbound Highway 99 connector to Highway 152.
